I recognise that training needs are individual which is why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place either online or in person – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I can also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.

So if you are looking to change your physique, embark on a brand new exercise regime/sport, or want to switch up your current habits you’ll need a trainer like myself that is highly qualified, with years of expertise and a friendly, yet motivational attitude.

Certified Trainer

Using my accreditation and years of experience I help people getting married wanting to lose weight before their big day as well as athletes who went on to break records. I run various classes such as Spin, Bootcamp and Circuits. You can even bring a friend to come and train with me.

Sport & Nutrition

I have the expertise to mix up your training regime whilst having fun and achieving goals. Training doesn’t achieve the best results in isolation which is why I offer nutritional advice and guidance alongside your training plan.

INJURY REHABILITATION

‘You need to take it easy’ is something your doctor says, that doesn’t mean to say you have to stop training. For that reason alone I have an adaptable training technique that will keep you on target during your recovery. You may have just got a brand new hip put in, or a rotator cuff injury however you should not let that stop you. So when you are ready, get in touch so I can help you recover quicker and stronger than you where before.

Building your own program can be time consuming and dangerous if done wrong. I am certified to do this for you so you don’t have to.
